Elected IOC Officers meet in person with the management team twice a year at UNESCO-IOC Headquarters to review the Commission's developments and prepare the next IOC Governing Body session, 59th session of the Executive Council scheduled 30 June-3 July 2026. 

On this occasion an Online meeting with Subsidiary Bodies chairs & co-chairs is scheduled on 21 January afternoon to further discuss agenda item 8.

09:30-10:15                         Welcome coffee with staff (IOC premises, in front of the elevators, building III floor 4)

10:30-17:30                         Meeting in room 1.002 (Main building, floor 1)

12:00-13:15                         Lunch break

19:00-                                  Private dinner for Officers and Executive Secretary at the invitation of Ambassador and Permanent Delegate of Japan to UNESCO
