The Provisional Agenda and Timetable for the Session were examined and approved by the IOC Officers at their meeting on 20-21 January 2026 at Headquarters.
The Provisional Action Paper for the session (document IOC/EC-59/AP Prov.) covers all items on the agenda and contains draft decisions for the advance consideration by EC Member States. A 2nd draft version was published on 5 May 2026 with additions to item 3.2.1 (Regional early warning services) and a new draft decision under item 3.4 (Group of Experts on Global Sea-level Observing System).
