I lead the Campaigns and Community Unit at the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction (UNDRR) in Geneva, overseeing global advocacy and communications in support of the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015 to 2030.
My work focuses on designing and delivering high-impact campaigns, managing corporate branding, publications and digital content, and ensuring clear, consistent messaging across regions and partners.
A key (perhaps also the most interesting) part of my role is shaping and driving UNDRR’s flagship global moments: the International Day for Disaster Risk Reduction (13 October), World Tsunami Awareness Day (5 November), and the International Day of Remembrance for Earthquake Victims (29 April) - working with the rest of the amazing UNDRR team in turning them into powerful platforms that elevate risk awareness, honour lived experience, and mobilize action worldwide.
