I work at the intersection of data governance, complex environmental systems, and digital infrastructure, with a long-standing focus on ocean and environmental data.

My background spans environmental and ocean modelling, digital twins, sensor-based observation systems, and applied research management. Across these roles, I have consistently worked along the full data value chain — from data acquisition and modelling, through metadata, governance frameworks, and data products, to decision support and policy-relevant insight.

In my current role as senior advisor at the Norwegian National Roads Authority, I advise on data governance, data management, data ownership models, and data products in support of national “digital-first” strategies. This includes data-driven sustainability, digital infrastructure for roads, bridges, and tunnels, and value creation from complex data ecosystems in coastal and fjord environments.

I am particularly interested in how well-governed environmental and ocean data enable cross-sector digital transformation, including climate adaptation, sustainable infrastructure, and integrated land–sea systems.

I welcome collaboration and dialogue with professionals working on ocean, environmental, and sustainability-related data challenges.
