Activities

HI is ready to intervene in case of crises, whether natural or man-made (armed conflicts), and ensures that all means are put in place to respond rapidly to needs thanks to its emergency experts. In the countries where it is already active, the organization sets up a preparation process to anticipate potential emergencies and enable teams to deal with sudden contextual changes.

We also work at the community level (villages, urban districts or municipalities) to prepare the most vulnerable populations for the risks of disasters.

HI is committed to ensuring that its emergency response is accessible to all, including the most vulnerable people.
