Institut Teknologi Sumatera (ITERA) is a public university that place in Lampung Selatan District and Bandar Lampung City.
Objectives of Institut Teknologi Sumatera is to promote, develop and disseminate science, technology, art, and humanity that will improve the welfare of the population of Sumatera and Indonesia in particua. It was in line with the dynamics of the Indonesian people and the world community, while upholding social, humanitarian and environmental values through the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi (3 Aims in Higher Education: Research, Teaching and Services). With the assignment of ITB (Bandung Institut of Technology/Institut Teknologi Bandung) to assist ITERA, ITERA is expected to become a university with a reputation and quality that approaches ITB.
