Vision:
In 2017, the health of all icanos has improved as a result of a more integrated health system, primary care is the basis of the health system and is integrated into the most complex establishments, its quality services are recognized by users, the population participates actively in the care of their health, contributes to control the risks and damages of our Region and promotes healthier environments.
Mission:
We are a decentralized body of the Regional Government of Ica that develops its activities within the framework of regional and national health policies, guaranteeing the recovery and maintenance of the health of the population of the Region through the application of the integral health care model and the development of healthy practices, with the health worker as the main axis and the continuous strengthening of their competences, we also provide the agreement and participation of all the social actors involved in the health field and lead the decentralization process of the health function and modernization of the Ica health system.
