The IOC JCOMM National Focal Points are the appropriate contact points in each Member State for affairs regarding the Joint WMO-IOC Technical Commission for Oceanography and Marine Meteorology at national and global levels, from the oceanographic perspective. 
This list of JCOMM National Focal Points is based on answers to IOC 
Circular letter 2666 sent on 1 June 2017 requesting nominations for GOOS, JCOMM, Argo, GLOSS, SOT and DBCP focal points. 
IOC JCOMM Focal Points are nominated via one of three channels : IOC National Focal Point, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Permanent Delegation to UNESCO.
