Aquatic biologist at Florida's Kennedy Space Center. Duties include monitoring all aspects of the aquatic environment found on the center, from turtle nesting, water quality (physical and chemical), seagrass studies, pre-and post impoundment studies, diving operations , all the way to flying manatee surveys in helicopters every other week. As you can see it is a very diverse position with many differing responsibilities that are split among four different biologists including myself. Species monitored are in the hundreds, and deal with anything from seagrass to the bottlenose dolphin.
