| Summary | IOC Member States members of the IOC Executive Council are kindly requested to ensure that names of their country’s representative(s) in the deliberative part of the extraordinary session of the IOC Executive Council online as well as the name of the representative duly authorized to vote in person in the in camera session at UNESCO Headquarters on 27 January 2027 are officially communicated by means of a verbal note to the Executive Secretary by 27 December 2026 at the latest. |
