Research Activities I am working in the Western Caribbean Sea that includes the Yucatan channel (the entrance to the Gulf of Mexico from the Caribbean) towards Honduras. Maily coastal oceanography by using of mooring instruments, field data collection, hydrographic and currents data from oceanographic cruises in the Mesoamerican Reef.

Comments I am a physical oceanographer based on a research center located in the Mexican Caribbean named ECOSUR from the Mexican Council of science and technology called CONACyT. This research center is multidisciplinary and we work with conservation and biodiversity, also social aspects.
