Research Activities I have finished my first PhD in Romania in the field of Mechanical Engineering and the second PhD at the Technical University of Lisbon , Portugal in the area of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering. In this connection my current activities are mainly research in the area of wave current interaction and spectral wave modeling in ocean and coastal environment with a particular attention on the Tagus Estuary as a final extent of a wave modeling system developed and calibrated by myself.

Acabei o meu primeiro doutoramento na área de Engenharia Mecanica e agora estou avançada com o segundo doutoramento à Universidade Técnica de Lisboa, Portugal, na área de Engenharia Naval. Nestas condições, a minha actividade de investigação é principalmente na área das interacções ondas-correntes e modelação espectral das ondas no oceano e junto a costa, com uma especial atenção ao estuário do Tejo acoplado ao sistema de modelação das ondas desenvolvido e calibrado por mi.
