Activities

This section provides further information on the Scottish Government's research into the Environment. Social research into this topic is carried out by a team of researchers based in the Environment Team. Scientific research on the environment is supported by the Rural and Environment Research and Analysis Directorate (RERAD). RERAD provides almost £50 million of funding each year towards research in a range of areas including the environment.
