Within Biodiversa+, the European Biodiversity Partnership, I am  leading the task on the Harmonisation of biodiversity monitoring protocols. 

As part of Biodiversa+'s broader goal of establishing a transnational network of national biodiversity monitoring schemes, we are exploring the fundamental concepts and approaches reagrding monitoring protocols. Working with different monitoring communities, we aim to propose recommendations on the most suitable approaches for  transnational collaboration and harmonisation of protocols, taking into account contextual factors.
